This interactive, instructor-led course provides an up-to-the-minute look at key topics shaping the mortgage industry today. Participants will explore compliance regulations, money laundering, mortgage fraud, nontraditional products, and ethical lending practices. Covered topics include TILA, RESPA, the TRID Rule, ECOA, the FCRA, the BSA, the Fair Housing Act, and more.
