This interactive, instructor-led course provides an up-to-the-minute look at key topics shaping the mortgage industry today. Participants will explore compliance regulations, money laundering, mortgage fraud, nontraditional products, and ethical lending practices. Covered topics include TILA, RESPA, the TRID Rule, ECOA, the FCRA, the BSA, the Fair Housing Act, and more. This face-to-face learning environment allows for direct engagement with the instructor and fellow students, ensuring a dynamic and collaborative educational experience.

• Properly complete Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures
• Understand advertising regulations for mortgage services
• Identify unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts and practices (UDAAP)
• Recognize predatory lending tactics and their legal consequences
• Define features of FHA fixed- and adjustable-rate products
• Analyze trends in identity theft and money laundering

• Check-in with a valid photo ID is required for attendance verification.
• All course materials, including assessments and the Rules of Conduct (ROC), will be provided upon arrival.
• Full attendance is mandatory to receive credit; missing any portion will require rescheduling.
• Students must sign the class roster and confirm their understanding of the ROC.
