As technology continues to evolve the tactics used by fraudsters are evolving. In this course we will examine synthetic ID schemes, AI-generated document fraud, real estate investment scams, wire fraud, and crypto-based laundering. We will also discuss how the various agencies tasked with oversight and working to detect, investigate and prosecute cases of mortgage fraud.
