This 1-hour Pennsylvania SAFE Continuing Education (CE) course provides Mortgage Loan Originators with a comprehensive review of state-specific mortgage laws, regulatory requirements, and ethical lending practices. Covering key topics such as licensing and compliance obligations, prohibited and required conduct, consumer protection laws, and the role of the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA), this course ensures that MLOs stay informed on the latest legal and ethical standards. 2 Hour NJ SAFE CE: New Jersey Mortgage Law

This course provides New Jersey MLOs with essential knowledge of state mortgage laws, licensing requirements, ethical lending practices, and consumer protection regulations. Topics include compliance with the NJ Home Ownership Security Act (HOSA), advertising and fee restrictions, disciplinary actions by DOBI, and state housing initiatives. Through real-world applications, MLOs will learn to navigate legal requirements and maintain ethical, compliant mortgage practices. 

2 Hour SAFE CE: Emerging Trends In Mortgage Fraud

This course is designed to fulfill the SAFE Act requirement as a 2-hour general elective for continuing education. The course will explore the latest and most sophisticated forms of mortgage fraud. As technology continues to evolve the tactics used by fraudsters are evolving. In this course we will examine synthetic ID schemes, AI-generated document fraud, real estate investment scams, wire fraud, and crypto-based laundering. We will also discuss how the various agencies tasked with oversight and working to detect, investigate and prosecute cases of mortgage fraud.

  • Full Refund Eligibility: Students are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their enrollment at least 7 days before the course start date.
  • Partial Refund Eligibility: Students who cancel their enrollment less than 7 days before the course start date but before the course begins are eligible for a 50% refund. Once the course has started, no refunds will be issued.
  • Course Cancellation: If Next Level Education cancels a course, students will receive a full refund, regardless of the cancellation date.
  • Procedure to Request a Refund: To request a refund, students must submit a written request via email to [email protected], including their full name, course name, and reason for cancellation. Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days of receipt.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Administrative fees and material costs are non-refundable.
  • Credit Banking: If a student is unable to attend a course after enrolling, they may choose to credit their payment towards a future course instead of requesting a refund. This option must be requested in writing.
