Liz Wheeler

Liz brings over 22 years of mortgage industry experience to our team, with a deep understanding of end-to-end mortgage operations. Her expertise in compliance stems from hands-on experience managing every aspect of loan operations after closing—including post-closing, audit findings, repurchase remediation, and implementing corrective action plans.

She views compliance as a safeguard for everyone involved in the loan process, from Borrowers to Originators to the Company, and believes in proactive, effective communication between backend operations and front-end Originators. Liz is also a strong advocate for industry education through NMBA, TNMBA, and MBA.

Beyond the office, Liz enjoys spending time with her two daughters, watching sports with her husband, and tackling home projects—often all at once!
