This one-hour continuing education course fulfills the Arizona state-specific requirement for licensed mortgage loan originators (MLOs). The course provides a comprehensive review of key topics under Arizona Revised Statutes Title 6, including prohibited conduct for MLOs, brokers, and bankers; disciplinary authority and enforcement actions by the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions (DIFI); requirements related to license maintenance, sponsorship, and continuing education; and the function and structure of the Arizona Mortgage Recovery Fund.
