Participants examine Chapter 494, F.S., related Administrative Code rules, licensing maintenance, reporting, escrow compliance, advertising limits, disclosures, enforcement, and disciplinary actions. The course addresses high-cost loan restrictions, prohibited practices, supervisory duties, and compliance risk management to support lawful operations in Florida.
