Participants will learn how to identify, evaluate, and escalate potential red flags throughout the loan lifecycle. The course covers key regulatory frameworks, including the BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, and AML Act of 2020, with an emphasis on real-world application. Special attention is given to customer identification, due diligence, source of funds analysis, and suspicious activity detection in mortgage transactions. Through realistic scenarios and case studies, learners will develop the skills needed to recognize inconsistencies and respond appropriately.
