This self-paced, online course provides a comprehensive overview of Pennsylvania’s state-specific mortgage laws, regulatory requirements, and ethical lending standards for Mortgage Loan Originators. Participants will review licensing and compliance obligations, required and prohibited conduct, key consumer protection provisions, and the role of the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA). Through practical examples and knowledge checks, the course strengthens regulatory understanding and equips MLOs to maintain compliance while protecting consumers throughout the lending process.

Course Format:

  • Delivered in an online, self-study format
  • Organized into three interactive modules, each focusing on specific topics
  • Each module includes an engaging activity or case study to reinforce key concepts
  • Quizzes follow each module, with a final exam at the end of the course
  • Participants must complete all content sections, activities, quizzes, and the final exam to receive course credit
  • A certificate of completion will be awarded upon successful completion

  • Full Refund Eligibility: Students are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their enrollment at least 7 days before the course start date.
  • Partial Refund Eligibility: Students who cancel their enrollment less than 7 days before the course start date but before the course begins are eligible for a 50% refund. Once the course has started, no refunds will be issued.
