This self-paced, online course provides a comprehensive overview of Massachusetts laws and regulations governing mortgage lenders, with a focus on licensure, operational compliance, and consumer protection. Participants will gain a thorough understanding of statutory requirements under M.G.L. c. 255E and 209 CMR 42.00, including financial responsibility standards, mandatory disclosures, high-cost and higher-priced mortgage protections, prohibited practices, and fair lending obligations.
