This one-hour continuing education course fulfills the Arizona state-specific requirement for licensed mortgage loan originators (MLOs). The course provides a comprehensive review of key topics under Arizona Revised Statutes Title 6, including prohibited conduct for MLOs, brokers, and bankers; disciplinary authority and enforcement actions by the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions (DIFI); requirements related to license maintenance, sponsorship, and continuing education; and the function and structure of the Arizona Mortgage Recovery Fund. Through analysis of regulatory expectations and common compliance violations, this course prepares licensees to operate lawfully and responsibly within Arizona’s mortgage industry.

Course Format:

  • Delivered in an online, self-study format
  • Organized into four interactive modules, each focusing on specific topics
  • Each module includes an engaging activity or case study to reinforce key concepts
  • Quizzes follow each module, with a final exam at the end of the course
  • Participants must complete all content sections, activities, quizzes, and the final exam to receive course credit
  • A certificate of completion will be awarded upon successful completion
