Cancellation Policy

Next Level Education aims to provide the highest quality online education for mortgage licensing. Our cancellation policy is designed to meet the requirements of NMLS and ensure a fair process for all our students.

1. Course Cancellation by Student:
• Students may cancel their enrollment in a course up to 7 days before the course start date for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Course Cancellation by Next Level Education:
• Next Level Education reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances.
• In the event that Next Level Education cancels a course, students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their enrollment to another course.
3. Refund Process:
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during enrollment.
4. No-Show Policy:
• Students who do not attend a scheduled course and do not provide prior notification will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Appeals:
• If you believe that you have a valid reason for a refund outside of the stated policy, you may submit a written appeal to [email protected]. Appeals will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
