Andrea Gagliardi

With over 25 years in the mortgage industry, Andrea brings extensive experience in content development and mortgage education. As a former Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) and branch manager, she developed a passion for training and professional development, dedicating the last 15+ years to educating both new and seasoned MLOs.

Working for more than a decade as an NMLS-approved course provider, Andrea has authored numerous courses designed to equip mortgage professionals with the knowledge and skills needed for success. With a background in education from East Carolina University, she applies her expertise in course development to create effective training for adult learners.

Residing in New Jersey, Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. When she’s not helping mortgage professionals grow their careers, she loves reading, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and unwinding with her family.
