This self-paced, online course provides a comprehensive overview of Missouri’s state-specific mortgage lending regulations for Mortgage Loan Originators. Participants will review licensing and professional conduct requirements under the Missouri SAFE Act, disclosure obligations related to the Loan Brokerage Disclosure Statement and Fee Agreement, advertising and social media compliance standards, and rules governing reverse and second mortgage lending. The course emphasizes statutory compliance, ethical lending practices, and consumer protection to help licensees operate confidently and in accordance with Missouri law.
